Furniture delivery is free within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship furniture to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Your delivery will be scheduled on the first available truck in your area. We will notify you in advance as your delivery date draws near to schedule the delivery for a convenient time. Please understand that although some furniture items may ship from stock, others may require between 4 and 10 weeks lead time. We will provide lead-time estimates at the time you place your order. In some cases, especially for custom furniture orders placed through our interior design department, instead of adding a fixed formula-based amount to your invoice, we ask that you pay the delivery service directly. In this case, we will provide a written estimate at the time you place your order. This estimated charge includes the delivery and installation of your furniture as well as the removal of the packing material. Although we can only provide an estimate of these charges, we work with these services every day and our estimates are usually quite accurate. You will be responsible for directly paying the furniture delivery company for their services. This payment will be expected by their driver at the time of delivery.Your delivery will be scheduled on the first available truck in your area. The in-home delivery service will confirm the delivery charges and request that you have payment ready at the time of delivery. They will accept a cashier`s check or a money order.It is imperative that you inspect each piece of furniture while the in-home delivery service is still in your home. Any transit damage or manufacturer defects must be listed on the original bill of lading. Return only the unacceptable item(s) and not any companion pieces.
